Your Fitness Singapore was set up with the aim of helping you hit Your Fitness goals. Whatever those goals might be, our sessions are tailored to suit your needs. Whether you join us for a one-on-one Personal Training session, a Buddy session, a Group session or a Bootcamp, you will have fun en-route to looking and feeling better. And if you want to mix it up a bit, we offer Boxing, Aqua Aerobics, Pilates and soon, Yoga sessions. We adopt a holistic approach towards fitness.
Personal fitness should be a way of life. We believe that good personal fitness is a combination of physical fitness, psychological fitness and nutrition. When you look good, you feel good. Conversely, when you feel good, you look good.
Our sessions are versatile and can be conducted at a gymnasium, at a park or even in the comfort and privacy of your own home. We bring our own equipment along with us when conducting a session. All you need is a mat, a bottle of water, and the desire to feel good. Whether you are in your teens, a senior citizen, getting married, pregnant, post-natal, recovering from an injury, suffering from an illness, etc, we customize packages catered for each individual lifestyle needs.
