Our Aqua Aerobics sessions are hugely popular. You’ll be amazed at what a workout you can get gliding through the water, without impacting your joints. This low impact cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout is highly effective in burning calories. And its refreshing! Each session is 45 minutes long and is suitable for ages 15 to 80, of all fitness levels.
Our Boxing Bootcamps give you a good mix strength and conditioning training. They are of a higher intensity than our Fitness Bootcamps but under the expert care and guidance of our certified Boxing coaches, we make them fun and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You will see a marked improvement in your agility, endurance and core-strength. The sessions are also a great way to release the stresses of the day! Each session is an hour long and is suitable for ages 15 to 80, of all fitness levels.
Our Fitness Bootcamps are usually held outdoors at a neighbourhood park or open space. This allows us to take in the elements while working on ourselves. The sessions are challenging yet fun and aim to provide you with a full workout of the body and mind. They usually consist a good mix of cardiovascular, strength and stretching. The exercises are varied to cater to the mix of clients attending each session. We also use a variety of equipment and body weight. We actively seek feedback from clients on how we can cater each session to their needs and goals. Each session is 45 mins to an hour long and is suitable for ages 15 to 80, of all fitness levels.
Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Bootcamps incorporate quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This form of exercise aims to maximise performance and results under conditions where muscles are deprived of oxygen. This keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Our certified HIIT coaches ensure that each 35 minute workout, while intense, is fun and once you see and feel the results, will want you coming back for more!
Just like our Fitness Bootcamps, but catered to keep the littler ones engaged for the full 30 minutes. A good mix of fitness, agility and team building fun & games. Kids will learn important life skills including teamwork and camaraderie. Each session is 45 mins long and is suitable for ages 4 to 14, of all fitness levels.
Do you want to do any of the above (except Aqua Aerobics!) from the comfort of your own home? Would you like to get your dose of exercise but have commitments (Kids? Work?) which don’t allow you to leave the house? Running on a tight schedule where not having to travel to exercise makes a difference? If your answer to any of the above is YES, then join one of our virtual classes! Conducted via a password-protected platform, these sessions are catered to those who can’t or do not wish to leave the house. We use body weight and other household items as equipment. Classes are kept to a smaller size so the coach can pay better attention to your form. Try it! No more excuses!
